③ Growth period

④ Mature period
After 3-4 years, when the American ginseng berries are fully ripened and red, they can be harvested. The berry skins are washed off, and the seeds are mixed with sand and stored in a cool place, ready for planting in the next fall.

Methods of Consumption

④ Steaming Method
